H. Rentsch Associates Ltd., Engineers &Constructors, was incorporated in September of 1983. HRA is a team of structural and building science engineers involved with building restoration and performance improvement. Its major strengths are structural & civil engineering, building science and restoration project management. Based in North York, Toronto, HRA offers its engineering service from GTA to southern Ontario. Led by the founder, the staff and principles had been steadily building up its reputation in residential, industrial, commercial and institutional property markets. Over the past 36 years, HRA has been working with property managers and owners to secure the value of their assets successfully. We provide our clients with consulting services to aid them in the evaluation, repair, and maintenance of their buildings and properties.
